Call for Abstracts: The 2nd SPACE STAR 2023 Conference

The 2nd Conference on SPACE STAR’23 (Science, Technology, Applications & Regulation) will be held between 18 – 20 October 2023 at Sousse, Tunisia.

The Objective of the Conference

The first SPACE STAR 2022 conference was a unique scientific and technological event highlighting space science, technology, applications and regulation research activities. The SPACE STAR 2023 is expected to build and leverage insights from the previous conference with a more critical and broader vision, this time devoted to cooperation between Africa, the Mediterranean region, and Europe.

The objectives of the conference, also part of the deployment of the Tunisian national strategy launched in March 2018 by the CNEEA (National Committee for Outer Space), aims to cover all new original research activities, new current scientific challenges, and multidisciplinary and innovative programmes regarding the recent development of NewSpace.

Furthermore, during the conference, researchers and potential and renowned actors from universities, companies, public authorities, and international organisations will exchange views and expertise on the future of the space domain and the implementation of good practices in the space field towards achieving the United Nations (UN) sustainable development goals.
