SARAO is Recruiting a Procurement Officer

The South African Radio Astronomy Observatory (SARAO) is recruiting two software engineers on a permanent contract. The software engineers will join the team in building the MeerKAT, MeerKAT Extension, African VLBI Network (AVN) and the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) telescopes. As a part of the development team, they may be required to guide and work with Junior software engineers to accomplish their tasks, including writing the software that controls and monitors the telescope, researching and evaluating requirements for the existing or new software applications, to mention a few.
