The Royal Centre for Remote Sensing in Morocco annually publishes a scientific and technical journal titled “GEO OBSERVATEUR”. The journal curates useful information in the many fields of remote sensing and geographical information systems to serve as a knowledge resource for decision-makers, scientists, students and users of remote sensing applications.
The publication promotes scholarly articles that present results of a thematic application, specific study or a branch of knowledge in the use of remote sensing and geographical information systems in Africa and the Middle East.

The 24th edition of the publication is scheduled for September 2019. The deadline to submit an article is on 31 July 2019.
