The Advance Africa Programme, a collaborative initiative between the African Space Leadership Institute (ASLI) and McGill Institute of Air and Space Law, is calling on space and air law enthusiasts from across Africa to participate in its upcoming training sessions.

This flagship programme aims to equip moot court teams from Africa with foundational knowledge in air and space law, building competencies and improving advocacy on these critical legal issues. The initiative also seeks to enable greater participation of African moot teams in the prestigious Manfred Lachs and Sarin-Leiden moot court competitions.

Programme Outcomes

By the end of this programme, participants will have gained an improved understanding of the international legal frameworks that govern the air and space law fields and will be better prepared to compete in these specialised moot court competitions.
