Due to COVID-19 and its negative effects on all of us and our life, Galileo decided to give participants of the #GalileoMasters extra time until 6 July, 11:59 am CEST to submit, complete, and polish up their #GNSS enabled solutions!
The innovation competition is scouting for the most forward‐thinking applications based on satellite navigation. It provides support for innovations at any development stage, with the ultimate aim of turning them into real business cases. In 2020, the prize pool is worth EUR 750,000.
Galileo offers free and open data information that can help monitor and potentially mitigate the impact of the coronavirus outbreak. Participants are encouraged to take this health crisis into account when submitting their innovation. Please also check the current Partner Challenges for the specific COVID19 topic. Stay healthy.
All innovators, such as companies, startups, students, research associates, non-university research & development institutions, and consortia, as well as individuals and teams, (minimum age of 18 years) from almost anywhere in the world are eligible to participate. Find out more here.
