The State of the Map Africa Working Group was pleased to announce the call for logo designs. We needed your help to build a strong recognizable logo for State of the Map Africa 2019 taking place in Grand-Bassam, Ivory Coast on 22-24 the November 2019.

We put together this Design Brief (borrowing from the SOTM) that outlines what we are looking for in a logo. Entrants could be an individual or team of people, even a design company. By submitting a logo you will be assigning your copyright to OSMAfrica so that it can be used across different mediums. Entries need to appear on the wiki page State of the Map Africa 2019/Logo Entries by 23:59 UTC (before midnight) on Sunday, January 31st, 2019. The SotM Africa Working Group will decide by vote which logo to use.
