  • Champion TomorrowNow’s mission to transform agricultural resilience and empower smallholder farmers with cutting-edge solutions.  
  • Develop and drive a bold strategy to scale impact, reaching 100 million farmers by 2030.  
  • Represent TomorrowNow at global forums, high-profile events, and with strategic partners.  
  1. Scaling Innovation and Impact
  • Lead the organisation into its next growth phase, combining innovation with operational excellence.  
  • Leverage emerging technologies, data-driven insights, and strategic alliances to amplify impact.  
  1. Fundraising and Strategic Partnerships
  • Design and implement a robust, diversified fundraising strategy to secure investments from public, private, and philanthropic sectors.  
  • Build strong partnerships with governments, development organisations, and technology innovators to expand TomorrowNow’s reach.  
  1. Culture and Team Leadership
  • Strengthen TomorrowNow’s collaborative, inclusive, and impact-driven culture.  
  • Empower and mentor the leadership team to ensure professional growth, retention, and succession planning.  
  • Promote a spirit of innovation, resilience, and excellence across the organisation.  
  1. Operational and Financial Oversight
  • Ensure operational and financial transparency, efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals.  
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors on setting priorities and driving organisational success.
