The 2024 edition of the Pan-African School for Emerging Astronomers (PASEA) is opened for accepting applications. The programme, scheduled to take place from September 2nd to 6th at the Monastir Science Palace in Tunisia, offers a unique opportunity for aspiring astronomers across Africa. The Pan-African School for Emerging Astronomers is a programme held every two years in Africa – formerly WAISSYA (West African International Summer School for Young Astronomers) with the aim to build a critical mass of astronomers across Africa and build community among African scientists.
