Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales enquiries.
- Hunt for new leads and opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and submit compelling technical and commercial proposals.
- Drive and close new business across global markets with persistence, accuracy, and speed.
- Develop a strong understanding of CubeSpace’s ADCS products and communicate their capabilities with confidence.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align customer needs with practical solutions.
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent follow-up and timely deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems to ensure data integrity.
- Represent CubeSpace at international conferences, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and customer onboarding.
Minimum Requirements
- A technical diploma or degree in electronics, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering.
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience, with a track record and performance figures.
- Evident passion for sales and a competitive drive to win.
- Exposure to technical sales processes (qualifying leads, positioning, objection handling, negotiation, and closing).
- Comfortable engaging in technical discussions, even if not a subject matter expert.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to find practical, fast-moving solutions.
- Self-starter who thrives under pressure, prioritises high-impact actions, and works independently.
- Familiarity with global business contexts (export controls, shipping logistics, pricing fundamentals).
- Flexibility to travel internationally (as often as monthly) and adapt to after-hours meetings across time zones.
- Excellent written communication skills (proposal and quotation writing are essential).
