CubeSpace is seeking a driven, ambitious Junior Sales Engineer who is laser-focused on closing deals, excels in a high-performance environment, and is eager to make their mark in the global space industry.

This is not a research or strategy role; it’s a pure execution position, where the mission is simple: convert interest into revenue. Therefore, the role involves responding to customer enquiries, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and pursuing opportunities with urgency and discipline.

CubeSpace is seeking a highly motivated junior professional who aspires to establish a reputation as a top technical salesperson in one of the world’s most exciting industries. If you’re competitive and commercially sharp, this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales enquiries.
  2. Hunt for new leads and opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
  3. Prepare and submit compelling technical and commercial proposals.
  4. Drive and close new business across global markets with persistence, accuracy, and speed.
  5. Develop a strong understanding of CubeSpace’s ADCS products and communicate their capabilities with confidence.
  6. Collaborate with technical teams to align customer needs with practical solutions.
  7. Proactively manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent follow-up and timely deal closure.
  8. Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems to ensure data integrity.
  9. Represent CubeSpace at international conferences, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  10. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and customer onboarding.

Minimum Requirements

  1. A technical diploma or degree in electronics, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering.
  2. At least 3 years of proven sales experience, with a track record and performance figures.
  3. Evident passion for sales and a competitive drive to win.
  4. Exposure to technical sales processes (qualifying leads, positioning, objection handling, negotiation, and closing).
  5. Comfortable engaging in technical discussions, even if not a subject matter expert.
  6. Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to find practical, fast-moving solutions.
  7. Self-starter who thrives under pressure, prioritises high-impact actions, and works independently.
  8. Familiarity with global business contexts (export controls, shipping logistics, pricing fundamentals).
  9. Flexibility to travel internationally (as often as monthly) and adapt to after-hours meetings across time zones.
  10. Excellent written communication skills (proposal and quotation writing are essential).
