The Call for Abstracts for the International Astronautical Congress 2022 (IAC 2022) is a precursor to a subsequent submission of a final paper, which may be presented at the 73rd IAC. In addition, authors are invited to submit an abstract regarding an original, unpublished paper that has not been submitted in any other forum. Furthermore, the call for abstracts for IAC 2022 will be open until 28 February 23:59 CET. Also, abstracts must be submitted through the IAF platform here.
Furthermore, submitting an abstract allows you to be creative in visually sharing your presentation as either an oral or interactive presentation. It is an opportunity to present your work to a broad international audience, gain experience giving talks, and earn recognition for their research progress. Also, the list of the Technical Sessions can be found here.
All selected papers will be treated as equally important in the presentation sessions and Congress Proceedings, differing only in the format of the presentation sessions. Please refer to the characteristics of the two types of presentations as described in the Abstract Submission FAQ.
For those preparing an abstract for the first time who need guidance on submitting a successful abstract for the IAC, kindly watch the tutorial video “Mastering your IAC abstract”.
In addition, authors of selected abstracts will gain the opportunity to have their work published in the conference proceedings and the IAF Digital Library, the world’s largest online repository on space, counting more than 50,000 papers.
