SpaceOps 2023 Call for Papers

SpaceOps 2023, organised by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) is a unique opportunity to meet east and west world-class scientists, practitioners, engineers and leaders in the space industry to discuss the hot research topics and state-of-the-art technologies and innovations in the space sector.

The upcoming 17th SpaceOps Conference (SpaceOps 2023) themed “Invest in Space, to Serve Earth and Beyond” will be taking place from 6 – 10 March 2023 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, United Arab Emirates.

This international forum is a valuable opportunity for delegates to explore all aspects of space mission operations, including areas such as robotics, human, earth-orbiting, and deep space aspects of space operations. It also allows them to learn about the latest technologies and opportunities in this sector, and how advanced space technologies can contribute to finding solutions for the future of humanity.

The “Call for Paper” is a precursor to a subsequent submission of a final paper, which may be presented at the 17th International SpaceOps conference in 2023. The SpaceOps 2023 conference organizing committee’s highest priority is to accept abstracts and papers that emphasize unique and innovative practices, technologies, and experiences from which others in the space operations community will benefit. To this end, authors are invited to submit an original abstract, an unpublished paper that has not been submitted in any other forum. The Topics for submission include:

When all abstracts are received, the Technical Program Committee (TPC) – staffed by volunteers from the agencies and industry partners of the SpaceOps Organization – will evaluate the submitted abstracts based upon (but not limited to) these four evaluation criteria:
