The South African National Space Agency (SANSA) is launching the national EO R&D funding programme, NEOFrontiers. The programme seeks to promote the development of innovative insights from EO data through collaboration between the private sector, academia/research institutions and public sector users.
The event will provide information and highlights of the impact of the NEOFrontiers Programme. Additionally, it will showcase projects that received funding from 2021 and invite new applications from the research community for the next round of calls.
NEOFrontiers is the new SANSA/Department of Science and Innovation (DSI) earth observation Research and Development (R&D) funding Programme, managed in partnership with the National Research Foundation (NRF).
The event will hold on April 11, 2022, at a physical location(The NRF Auditorium), and via zoom, at 10 AM, SAST. Interested persons can apply for the online variant here.

SANSA has announced the postponement of the event due to unforeseen circumstances and will announce a new date shortly. Registered participants will automatically receive new information on dates and agendas and will not need to register again.
