1. Senior Electronics Hardware Design Engineer
The applicant will be responsible for designing, testing, and integrating digital and electro-optical electronic systems for the aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Development of high-reliability mixed-signal Electronics Assemblies for use on spacecraft, from concept to qualification;
- Development of ground test and development equipment;
- Participate in design reviews; and
- Assist with assembly, integration, and test campaigns.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in the design of high-speed FPGA electronics systems;
- 5+ years of experience in high-speed, high-density PCB routing in 8+ layers;
- 5+ years of experience in using Altium Designer or Pads Professional;
- Good understanding of high-speed digital, low-noise analogue, and high-reliability design practices; in terms of schematics, PCB layout, and test and measurement; andÂ
- Solid technical report writing skills using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

2. Optomechanical Engineer
The successful candidate will assist with designing, evaluating, integrating, and testing electro-optical imaging systems for use in spaceborne applications such as CubeSats. In addition, the incumbent will be required to merge numerous multiphysics design requirements into a single instrument and subsequently collaborate with mechanical and electronic engineers and designers. Therefore, previous experience designing optomechanical systems or precision mechanics is a must, with great attention to detail and a passion for success. The successful candidate will be immersed in a fast-paced, team-based, and challenging technical environment, which can push the boundaries of what is achievable with optical payloads in the CubeSat domain.

3. Junior AIT Mechanical Engineer
The successful candidate will assist with manufacturing, assembly, and testing electro-optical imaging systems in spaceborne applications such as CubeSats.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture of AIT hardware and MGSE;
- Optomechanical assembly and integration;
- Keep detailed records of all assembly and integration;
- Maintain AIT equipment; and
- Generate engineering documentation as required.

4. Senior Electronic Firmware Engineer
Simera Sense is looking to hire a Senior Electronic Engineer to join the Firmware Development Team to further develop and enhance their electronic systems – specifically firmware and software for a System-on-Chip FPGA.

The applicant will be responsible for designing, testing, and integrating digital and electro-optical electronics for the aerospace sector.
This entails the following:
- Design, implementation, and testing of VHDL firmware modules;
- Design, implementation, and testing of C software modules;

Simera sense is looking to hire an exceptional candidate with a passion for Supply Chain Planning to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. The planning department is new, and we need a candidate who can get systems up and running while focusing on detailed scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Experienced in end-to-end process planning: demand planning, MRP, inventory management, and supply planning;
- Master scheduling of production;
- Tracking and reporting progress against the MPS;
- Production planning of all products;
- Detail scheduling of Production activities;
- Ensuring MRP integrity and accuracy;
- Ensure accuracy of master data and system transactions;
- Initialise and manage the procurement of components;
- Manage risk dashboards on a production level;
- Communicate schedule updates regularly; and
